I am having to try and pick the lock because there weren’t any keys in the box. No keys taped to the outside. The locked drawer may have the keys inside but I’ve yet to be able to get in it. It seems like a good product but this is frustrating.

Good value filing cabinet but as with all heavy metal items dents and damage are inevitable. If yours needs to be perfect you may have to pick it up yourself at a store. Make sure to un box it though as although the box may be undamaged the cabinet will be.

Exactly what I was looking for

This file cabinet is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered it online for pick up in the store nearest me. It was ready for pickup in 20 minutes! The store employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. So far the cabinet is working great! I highly recommend this product and Staples!!

I have needed a file cabinet and have been looking @ different places for a year or more. Just never saw the one that I felt was exactly whatI needed. I was out with a friend and he needed a few office supplies. I told him we were near Staples so lets go in and find the things you need. While he lookes @ pens pencils gym clips and rubber bands went toward the back of the store and immediatly saw the perfect file cabinet for me. I bought it and wen and t to find him as he was still looking needless to say he was surprised to find me with a much larger purchase than he. I came out of the store with a nice employee he loaded the file cabinet in the car and wished us a great day. Now weeks later the cabinet is almost full and serves me well. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank You. L. Slaughter

VERY GOOD FOR THE $$$ AND HOME OFFICE

This is a good product. I have had it for a few weeks and have not had a problem. It holds a lot. I use it for my poetry book (poems I have written and self-published a book) storage and personal home business. Works well for me. I am thinking of getting the smaller 2 drawer one to hold my other files and bills and such. NICE FOR THE PRICE!!!
