The filing cabinet came in the pretty good condition; however the drawers stick a bit. It may just needs to get put to use more. Overall it is a good product.

Terrible Quality Repeatedly!

I ordered this product over the HON option based on price and review. My first shipment arrived VERY dented on the whole top drawer and housing. Things happen right? So I call to ask or a replacement. Second unit arrives I ask the delivery man to wait so I can check it out. ALSO DENTED! The product is quite flimsy and has a very "cheap" feel to it. The drawers do not glide nicely. Other than the dents it looks decent. I now have files sitting on the table in our exam room had to order a third time and now have to come in on my day off to wait for a delivery. Needless to say I did not order this product again and went with the HON instead. I was offered zero compensation or offered anything for the loss of time money and the true inconvenience this has caused. Still holding my money for both orders as well… Unhappy.
