Much heavier and more solid than I expected given the price. The drawers roll well on the wheels. A well-balanced file. The dividers are a bit flimsy and hard to use.

Staples Vertical File Cabinet Review

After looking at a lot of different cabinets at various websites I decided on this one because of the depth locking feature and good reviews. The price seemed reasonable but I must admit I had gift cards to use. However the Staples 25% off coupon was also enticing. There was a glitch in the order but nothing to get mad at Staples about. It's very heavy (not fun getting it up the stairs) and is a solid cabinet. Drawers open nicely and don't seem to bend or dip so far. It can hold A LOT of folders. So overall a very solid well-built cabinet.

For the price it's a good value if you just want to store papers in your home office. Not sure it would be durable for high useage. With free delivery it made it an even better value however it did have a dent but in an area that I really don't see. Other than that it's great for my needs.

Have a paper management problem? This is a great solution for your home office. The drawers are smooth and have high sides. Be sure to buy hanging file folders as well. I like the Pendaflex brand best. This file cabinet is not very pretty but it does the job well. We have it positioned at the edge of our large desk. It is doing double-duty as a magnetic bulletin board.
