There is no assembly required. Works straight out the box. It has a lock for storage of personal files. You can place lots of files inside with plenty of hand room. Comes in puty and black two great colors that won't clash with office decor.

Box was perfect when it arrived. Fully assembled in box. Easy to open packaging. Lock works very smoothly and came with two keys. Handles are very sturdy. File followers are a great feature!

Purchased during a promotion/sale and am very happy with the quality of the filing cabinet. Have used super-heavy duty cabinets in the past and this is not that sturdy but it is also a fraction of the price. Went to the store to check out the quality prior to purchasing. Would purchase again.
