This does not fit my definition of a commercial-grade file cabinet. Drawers are flimsy and file support brackets are useless. I am disappointed.

I really like this cabinet! 5-stars. I would classify it as 'light commercial quality'. The sheet metal is a little thicker than Staples' cheaper version of the same cabinet. The drawers lack only an inch or two to extending fully. The one I received had a small quarter-sized dent along the back vertical edge and since that isn't easily seen in my setting I decided to keep it anyway. But the dent could have been prevented if the manufacturer used better packaging (4-stars) The box only has 8 Styrofoam pieces to protect the top and bottom corners but no Styrofoam or thick cardboard to protect the edges. If the same dent had been in the front I would have refused it for sure. Would I buy another one? Certainly if I can catch it on sale.
