Not very durable. Used to working with Hon filing cabinets which are more durable. I had to go with this model only because Hon did not make a 4 drawer filing cabinet that was only 22" deep. Strongly prefer Hon quality.

I was about to cancel the order and request instead a smaller one but decided against it. I was right - for me it's the perfect size for my home office. It came boxed very well protected with styrofoam inserts and was in great condition.

I love the file cabinet! However when I opened the box it had 2 large dents on one side of the cabinet. I will be contacting Staples.
