Overall decent product Surprised it did not come with the file racks AND Surprised it did not come with keys but did not realize until after it was unpacked and placed in location. If I had known these things I would not have purchased it.

Good Cabinets Wonderful Service!

We ordered 3 of these file cabinets for present use and future growth. They were delivered the next business day. Very fast. They're pretty sturdy and well made. The black goes well with our black coffee maker chairs trash cans etc. One cabinet had a top corner piece of styrofoam missing and it was damaged in several places. I clicked on Start a Return in the email confirmation I had received and followed their process. Within 5 minutes I had a return submitted. A carrier was at our office the very next day with a new cabinet and took the damaged one. Easy peasy! I will definitely look at Staples in the future for our needs.

The filing cabinet came undamaged and looked just like the picture online. It is very sturdy and spacious. I ordered it at the store and then it was delivered the next day. The delivery man even carried it up the stairs for me and he was very nice and easy to deal with.

Came damaged

For the price is it an OK unit. Unfortunately it came damaged in two places. The top edge on the top drawer was slightly caved in and there was a large dent on the left side. The box it was shipped in did not show any damage so it was surprising that there was as much damage as there was. It is still usable so I decided not to go through the hassle of trying to get a replacement. If you want a sturdy unit this is not it. As always you get what you pay for!
