The file cabinet shipped fast but it appeared to be poorly put together. It looked like the right side of the file cabinet was forced to fit the top cap of cabinet causing the side to warp making it hard to open the top drawer. Staples was great to work with and a replacement was quickly sent. The replacement also was bent but it was a minor bend. I was able to fix it with a rubber mallet and pliers. Staples was nice to work with but this is just a poorly made product.
Perfect for the space it was placed. Nicely manufactured although not as well built as the one we purchased 30 years ago but that is true of most purchases today.
It arrived as promised. It's hard to get out of the box by yourself but a kind neighbor helped me. It's perfect for my home office. I can now have everything in one place. I put it into the closet and it fits perfectly.

Damaged Drawer

This is the second time I have ordered this cabinet. The first delivery was 2 weeks ago and it had serious damage to it. A new cabinet was delivered a week later damaged. I am very disappointed. All my files are on the flow as my office recently moved to a new location. Finding patient's chart is very tedious. I feel frustrated. Too much time wasted on delivering and re-delivering. Waiting for another cabinet. Don't know if I should request a refund and purchase from another store. Not a happy customer.
