One minor issue

This file cabinet serves our needs. The only problem was that there was a small dent fortunately in the back in the area where the box in which it had been shipped had been damaged. It was easier to keep the item than to return it.

We are very pleased with File Cabinet locking letter Putty Beige. One drawer has wire dividers but I would like dividers in all 4 drawers. No complaints. The staff did a fabulous job of helping to get the cabinet to our vehicle. It fit well when we arrived home with it. Yes we would recommend to family. Hope the review is at the correct location.

Cabinet good dent not so good

This file cabinet is fine so far but it arrived with a dent in the bottom front below the bottom drawer and given the trouble it was to transport it home and into my apt. I don't have much option but to keep it. The box was undamaged (I checked). This indicates rough handling and/or carelessness in handling store stock and I would encourage Staples and all retailers to train employees on the importance of handling merchandise carefully. And when something is dropped as this clearly was in order to dent the most sturdy metal area the accident should be noted and item marked appropriately to prevent hapless customers being sold flawed merchandise. My trust level for Staples has suffered greatly for an incident that was entirely preventable.

Great File Cabinet

This is a very strong well made file cabinet. Great size for home use; fits in a closet. It is by far the nicest of the 3 file cabinets I have owned over the years and of a quality that it should be the last I will need to buy.

They are a little smaller than I thought they would be.. The other brand I have is Anderson hickey co (longer/wider just a tad but more manageable) these are just a little smaller in lxw .. I can barely fit files in it is a little squeezed..I would return but just don't have the time and will manage. When you pull the drawer it doesn't pull enough to get to the very back(very annoying) I don't recommend.
