The file cabinet arrived in a box with 2 holes punched in the side. When we opened the box there were 2 corresponding dents in the file cabinet at the level of the third draw down from the top. Fortunately the dents don't affect the function. The draw does open and close easily as it should. The rating is based on the condition it arrived in. It is actually a very nice file cabinet. The price was great and the service/delivery was prompt. We don't want to return it.

This cabinet is not heavy duty but I received it on time and it seems to work well. The drawers slides work good when loaded unless the cabinet is not placed on a firm level surface.
