We just moved and we wanted new filing cabinets. They were delivered on time fast service and they look wonderful in my new office. I like the built in sides to hold the files opposed to the old type. Thank you.

Product works fine. Nothing complicated about it.Drawers and lock system work fine Second drawer had a slight buckle on face but was pushed back out. ([...] Buckle popped out with slight push from the inside area). Would buy product again.

The file cabinet is fine. It is exactly what I wanted. The delivery to my home was inadequate however. Most delivery companies call you around 7 or 8 am and tell you that they will be delivering your product between for example 1 to 4 pm. that day. However Staples apparently uses a third-party company to deliver product that does not give you any information on what time the product may be delivered. Maybe that is ok if you are delivering to an office that is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is not ok when they are delivering to a home since you can't expect a homeowner or apartment dweller to sit around all day waiting for the delivery. Non-office deliveries also increase the possibility of theft such as from unwatched porches or apartment lobbies.
