Took in good printer and was supposed to receive $30 in rewards but never happened. Also took un dozens of ink cartridges over time and no promised reward. Confirmed correct email but received nothing. Given up on staples honesty

Staples appears to be too afraid to use double opt in for email addresses. Double opt in verifies the person writing in the email address is the person who owns the email address. They did not do that in this case for whatever this product was.

Paper is fine but way too expensive. I remember getting a ream for a penny from staples.
