Impossible to assemble

They look like great boxes but they are impossible to assemble. The sides of the boxes are not marked with a number or letter. The instructional diagram is not helpful. AI attempted to walk me through it. I could not find an instructional video for this particular box.

I have yet to figure out to fold these heavy duty boxes, and I am fairly mechanical. They fold differently than typical banker's boxes, which are easy. The instructions on the box are a series of graphics that are totally useless. I have had several very mechanically inclined friends try to figure them out--no one could. I've looked online for this specific box. Staples does not have any video or other instruction available. So, I've lost lots of time, and now will just have to return them. Just the worst experience ever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
