Garbage!! Strips Separate from the adhesive.

Complete garbage. The box I got must be defective. The adhesive that holds the Velcro to the strip separates and comes off. All appear to be this his way. The whole 12 in the value pack. Great way to get a broken picture.

Started out good

When I moved in my place a couple years ago I used them for hanging everything. They were great and held things for about a year. But then all the pictures started falling. I went and bought more and I'm not sure if the second pack was defective or what but they weren't as sticky and everything I hung literally fell the same day I hung it

Broken picture

We were so excited to get this product. We wanted to hang our 3 favorite pictures. To be safe, we bought more than the recommended. We even mixed them with the Large Picture Hanging strips. Not even 24 hours later, ALL of our pictures fell. One of the frames even broke. Now we have to get our picture reframed and more than $20 down the drain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great for everything

Bought these for my son's dorm room to mount his white board, and went back for more for myself. Holds great, even if you don't get the Velcro attached perfectly. i used two strips for a very large white board, and they held great. Don't forget to read the instructions. It is important the surface is clean, and that you let leave the strips on for a day before mounting. removal was easy and left no marks or peeled paint just as advertised. I'll be using these for our churches vacation bible school decorations. Wish i could buy them in bulk...hint hint! :)

NOT damage free hanging

I had no problems putting pictures up, it was not only easy to use but I was easily able to place pictures where I wanted them. I had no problem getting pictures to stay up but when I recently tried to remove the strip to move a picture it took a large chunk of paint away with the strip. As a result I am now going to have to repaint and I'm not happy about that. I am also afraid to remove anymore of the strips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

they really do work

I bought these thinking there was no way they would work but I was hopeful because I didn't want to use nails/screws. I used them to hold up a lightway full length mirror and its been over a month and it's still hanging . I have since bought more for other projects.

Tore my wall

I generally love these products and will continue on using them over any off brand. But recently I moved into a new house and put up a small lightweight device on the wall and a few days later, not only did it fall off the wall, it took a huge chunk out of my wall where I cannot fully cover with putty to hide. Not sure why this occurred as I have never had it happen before.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really wanted these to work

I purchased the Large 4 Pairs Picture Hanging Command Strips to hand a lightweight picture. I used all 45 pair and followed the instructions exactly. I first cleaned the wall with alcohol, applied the strips to the back of the picture frame, placed strips on those, removed the backing and pressed everything against the wall for over 2 minutes. When I went to carefully remove the picture to allow the wall strips to adhere for an hour, they came right off of the wall. I had great hopes for these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
