My local Staples in Washington PA is the best. The new manager is seasoned friendly liked by customers and staff alike and is there to make all transactions right. My ink cartridges have been malfunctioning and he replaced them which encouraged me to purchase more. These highlighters are great and do the job as well as any brand name. I consider no place but my local Staples when purchasing printers laptops and office supplies.

I recommend this product. I haven't had it very long so can't comment on the durability or ink supply but early experience is good. The ink dispenses nicely has a VERY nice translucent quality and all five colors have the same saturation. The barrel is wide which I like; the chisel nib is proportionately smaller---more of a medium thickness. I only hold off on the fifth star bc this wasn't a total Wow marker. That said it has a very nice design and function and so far seems to be a good value for the price. A strong four stars.
