I purchased this new design in your gallon storage bags. Every single bag malfunctions after opening and closing it several times. The top zip rips off the bag and the remaining zip closure does not provide an airtight seal. I have purchased your gallon bags for years and could actually get multiple uses out of one bag by rinsing it out and reusing. This new design doesn't even last through one use. These bags are not cheap and now they are unreliable. Please go back to the old reliable design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This has been an amazing product overall, it has a really sturdy bottom where the bag stands upright for easy filling. I recently traveled and using this for tsa check was pretty good. Capacity and leak-proofness has been really good, leftovers have fallen over in the fridge and the bag has remained dry and free from leaks, I cannot see myself using any other zip lock bag!

Easy to seal and great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I usually buy off-brand storage bags, so when I got the opportunity to receive a free sample of these bags in exchange for an honest, unbiased review, I was skeptical that they'd be better than those I usually buy. But seeing - and using - is believing. These are nice, thick plastic, seal incredibly easily and smoothly (so THAT'S how storage bags are supposed to seal!), and stand on their own for easy filling. I will absolutely be re-purchasing these when I run out and was pleasantly surprised with this sample product.

I'm really excited that this Fold & Fill technology is now a thing for Ziploc storage bags. I'm invincible in the kitchen now. It's like I have an extra hand to help me store leftovers. I'm definitely buying these style of storage bags with the same grip n seal technology I'm used to from the Ziplic brand, from now on. I'd like Ziploc to improve the perforated cardboard box though, as it was difficult to open the box along the perforations to get the bags out. Otherwise, I'm sold on the convenience of this product.

What I really like about these bags is the raised tab that's at the top of the bag to make it easier to open the bag. I think that's my favorite feature about it. I also Iike the reminder on the bag that you can fold the top down and fill the bag. I really like that feature as well. I think the bags themselves feel a little on the flimsy side. But other than that I really do like the product.
