I love this product simply because I do a lot of meal prep and sometimes this requires that you marinate things and it is hard to put liquid in the bag with the bag falling over or closing and this bag is specifically made to stay open such a game changer.

These bags are great, I usually avoid plastic bags due to having experience with them leaking in the past, but these work great. I have not had an issue with these Gallon bags. The bags are definitely a little thicker than others I have used, and the stay open design is definitely very helpful when trying to fill them. Will definitely buy again.

Great Bags, Small Tweak Would Make Them Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I really liked the ability of these bags to stand up on their own. Every other plastic bag I've used has to lay down on its side, and so is a pain, especially for liquids or things which needs to be poured/dumped in like salads or fruits/veggies from a big bowl. The only change I would make, though, is the seal. I often use bigger bags for marinating chicken and other proteins, and so my hands are really dirty, and I often only have one clean hand at best for closing the bag. This seal needs two hands; a zipper closure would be so much better, but it's a minor inconvenience as the seal works just fine and is better than standard plastic bags that don't have the special flap.

Excellent option when trying to avoid cross contamination

I'm no longer putting my hands on the bag when filling it up with marinade. Clean, easy and closes on the first time. Whereas other brands trying to close them can be a struggle.

I use it to store several different foods, including leftover roast. The Ziploc Grip n Seal gallon storage bags are strong enough and large enough to protect the freshness of my roast, taco shells, and leftover pasta. I use the Ziploc Gallon Grip N Grab storage bag to carry travel supplies, and it is great to be able to reuse these bags over and over ago for my travel supplies.
