Absolutely terrible new baga

The gallon ziplock bags do not open anymore. I rip them everytime I try to pull it apart. Ziploc changed something and needs to go back or i will not be buying these. My mom even said the same exact issue too. Change the bags back!

Zipper falls off

These bags, are more trouble then they are worth. Zipper falls off and bag rips on the seam. Not durable or high quality anymore. Don't need to say much seems I am one of many.

I have used these bags for years and loved every one UNTIL my most recent purchase. For some reason (quality control) several of the bags in the current box I am using have failed closures.

The new "easy open tabs" are a joke. They tear the moment I try to open them, right near the zipper, and then it's just more difficult to open. They feel flimsy. They are easy enough to close, the zipper feels secure. Maybe too strong for the tab. Needs to be re-engineered.

I use these bags for everything. This last box I got isn't good quality like I've experienced for years. When storing frosting in them, the bottom split on over half of the box. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ziploc® Brand Storage Bags, Gallon, with Stay Open Design are the best storage bags! My favorite use for these because they do stay open is when I'm cutting up a big package of chicken. I line up a few bags open and have easy access to drop my cut chicken into the bags without having to handle the bags and get yucky chicken juices everywhere. These bags are super durable and close easily. I feel confident these bags won't break or leak. Ziplock makes great quality storage bags.
