The grip and seal technology easily allows me to open and seal the food inside the bag to create an airtight seal that will keep the food fresh. These were a lot easier to fill than the generic storage bags I've bought in the past.

The new grip seal is too strong. Cannot reopen ba without tearing. Bagg therefore not reusable.

So easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with these Zip Loc stay open bags! We love to sous vide meat before throwing in on the grill, but working with raw meat and marinade can be super messy! With the stay open design, I'm able to easily move food from the bowl into the bag during prep. I also just used these to pack cosmetics and sunblock for a vacation and was impressed by how much they hold. Thank you for sending me a free sample to try, Zip Loc! These will definitely be on my shopping list from now on!

Ziploc are thinner

When trying to open the tab on the top of the bag rips off. What good is something that you can't open and the top rips off. Poor product.

They sure do seal the first time, but good luck getting them open without tearing the pink tabs! I'm so frustrated that I'm going to look for other brands at the store.

Easy to open, easy to fill

The grip top on these bags did make it easier to open them with my teeth and one hand, as I often do when re-packaging raw meat (one clean hand one gross). The packaging suggested that the bags are designed to stay open so you can put the food in, and they do. These bags also resisted popping open once filled, even in the microwave.
