These really are the best storage bags in my opinion. They are thicker so it helps to protect the food or whatever you're storing better. They are easy to open and close, which is nice as well. I love to use these for all sorts of things: food, crafts, clothes, baby toys, the list is endless.

I think as a brand Ziploc is the best. It's the sturdiest by a lot. I think they are not so much more expensive than other brands and fit the quality (especially the ease of the seal) they can't be beat. The gallon is a really versatile size and one that always comes in handy in my house.
