This note book has a very nice cover that protects my pages from getting all messedup while in my back pack. The lines on the pages make it perfect for me to setup my workout plans. Doesn't even get messedup from being handled and writen in daily.

I purchase one of these notebooks to keep notes on each of my students. At such a reasonable price it doesn't "break the bank." My students like to choose which color I use to record my notes about them. :)
