When you first open notebook the cover is very hard so it will not stay open on its own. Hoping after some time it will be broken in enough so that it stays open!

The best buy for school!!

This was such a deal for the kids for school when I saw them. They were on sale for .50 cents each and the kids and I loved them for a variety of reasons. First because they were so well constructed. They covers were no longer cardboard that could get bent up but were made of a thick plastic material cover that came in a variety of colors to choose from. One for each subject not just black and white composition notebooks anymore. They look more appealing for kids and don't cost an arm and a leg.
