The Badge Straps are as pictured. They are effective for their purpose. The only reason for the 4 stars was that a few of them were missing the second part of the snap.

I bought these because I needed between 50-100 name tags. The cheapest sleeves were the pin on type. I wasn't not sure how people would feel about piecing their clothing and the pins seemed flimsy. I bought these and an oval hole punch to convert some of the sleeve. However a better idea was given to me to just run them through the pin. Works great! Quick easy conversion and I'll have leftovers for next time! The sales assistant helped me in picking them out. Pointing out that some the clip rotates and others it does not. Very much appriciated. I chose the rotating one which makesit easier for people to put them on as they desire.

Shipping was quick and product works great. If only the stores carried these large quantity bags that would be the only improvement.
