Staples expanding hanging files

This is a great product. I like that it keeps everything enclosed in one place without going out the sides like traditional hanging files. They are sturdy too. I put some brochures and magazines in one and it is still hanging despite the weight. I like that the hanging tabs can be retracted into the file while not in storage. However I feel that that portion of the file could be a little more sturdy. But in general it is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone with a small office.

I wanted individual hanging files and only a small number. All you had was boxes of large quantities. So I had get these. I do not like them.

I expected the files to be made of a better quality material have able to expand further and expected them to be all one color (which may have been an oversight and I missed that in the item description).

These pockets work well. Hold lots of small loose end papers thicker booklets and such. However the metal hangers don’t rest on a file cabinet as well as Tru Red’s other file folders. The length is adjustable- maybe that’s needed if you fill these folders?? - but I would prefer the regular full metal rod hangers.
