Dont Waste Your Money!

I work in an office that does a ton of paperwork and document storing. We bought these because we liked the idea of the retractable hangers. We soon later found out they are extremely flimsy if you put too much weight inside the folder they start to sag on the bottom. The retractable hangers don't hold well and when there is added weight they start to bend. So this would only be ideal for those who don't have the need to store a lot of paper.

The delivery came on time. The hanging pocket folders are of good quality. It's unfortunate that the multi-color hanging pocket folders are not sold in Staple's stores and can only be purchased on-line. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Was a bit hesitant to order based on some comments about the hanging rods...but found no problem at all...loved that they are retractable as well. Mine has good weight in most of them but I think the problem for other people might have been that their expectations of how much weight may have been higher than most hanging files could hold. Also because the rods are retractable it's important to adjust those sides when you hang them up...not just throw them in like you can with most products. Very happy with this product...will buy again and again and again!

We bought these 3 different times hoping that the prev. 2 times were just a bad batch. These are HORRIBLE. The sides became separated from the front and back. Very poor quality. Have 1 out of the sets that still 1/2 way work and that's probably only because they just sit in a box and don't get touched.
