After a few months the plastic arms that extend to slide in the drawer were bending. The file itself is good and holds the papers but the arms are not if you have a full file. Also it's a snug fit into the standard letter size filing drawer as the accordion portion rubs against the walls of the drawer.

I had bought this item before they are the only ones of this kind [expanding] that I could find made in vinyl. However the hooks are somewhat flimsy and if too many files are inserted the hooks break. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

It is accommodate mor files than what I thought but it was difficult to putting/pulling out the file folder.the corrugatvie sides were the culprit.Soft material might solve that problem.
