I had bought this item before they are the only ones of this kind [expanding] that I could find made in vinyl. However the hooks are somewhat flimsy and if too many files are inserted the hooks break. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

The file folders seem strong enough but they are a bit tight for filing even letter size folders. They work for the project but do not provide the convenience that I was seeking.

Three of the jackets came loose at the side seam. This was not due to over stuffing. There was nothing in one of the jackets. It just came loose. I probably will not buy these again.

The delivery came on time. The hanging pocket folders are of good quality. It's unfortunate that the multi-color hanging pocket folders are not sold in Staple's stores and can only be purchased on-line. I'm very happy with the purchase.
