Poor quality for larger files

Our office has several files that are 2-3" thick. We were needing sturdy folders that could withstand that much paper for an extended period of time with 10 more sheets being added yearly. We got these in July and within a year they were breaking and or sagging. The black hooks are plastic and break they can't hold the weight of paper. If they had been made of metal or a heavier plastic then it would have been fine. The sagging is also caused by the hooks they will sag before fully breaking off. The folder itself is a nice plastic but it does no good if it won't hang in the drawer.
