My first time buying and suing this product. The stiffness of the plastic gives your files good support but also makes them awkward to open up and install in your file drawer. The extendable clips that hook on to the file draw frame are clumsy to open and will probably not work smoothly if you keep taking the whole file pocket out and putting it back in the draw.
