perfect size pencils

Fun pencils!

Their eyes may have been at first to the colors, but they soon were very happy writing with them. They loved the comfort when holding them, their easy to use erasers, and the color and ease of the lead.

LOVE these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave both of my sons one of the BIC velocity mechanical pencils when school started. They go through so many pencils I honestly thought I would never see them again and they would not have them long enough to tell me what they thought. Boy was I wrong. 5 weeks later both boys still have the pencils. They love the way they write and they are so sturdy that they have not broken yet. Usually the plastic is broken within days. They both said the lead writes very smoothly. The reason they like them so much is because they said the lead doesn't continually break like it does with many mechanical pencils.

Schools in session with Bic Velocity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not one to usually use a mechanical pencil, but I found the Bic Velocity to be a great product. Other mechanical pencils (we have tried anything from store brands to Pentel to papermate ) do not write very dark and sometimes squeak when writing which sends chills down my spine. Other brands seem to break easily as well. Bic Velocity has a smooth, strong lead with minimal breakage and a great eraser. Other erasers just smear the marks around on the paper or it doesn't do a great job getting rid of the marks at all. Bic Velocity seemed to do the trick! Erasing marks couldn't be easier. It doesn't tear the paper or smear the writing! Just click, write and erase! My kids enjoyed the comfort grip and the bold colors. They both have quite a stash of mechanical pencils, but when they saw these, they had to grab a few to add to their collection. They were both impressed with how smoothly they write and wanted to get more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son Fernando likes to use BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils to write in L.Arts class and at home for homework. He likes that the eraser clean up well without breaking the paper. Fernando liked the soft grip on the pencil and it gave him comfort while writing. I like that BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils are good to use for standardized tests. I would buy these pencils for my son. He enjoyed using BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils and likes that the package comes with extra erasers and lead. I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. Opinion is all my own. #gotitfree

They're magic said my 6 yr old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave the mechanical pencil to my 6 year old. She loves to draw and doodle. Truthfully, it was her first time using mechanical pencils. She was besides herself. Upon asking her how she felt about the BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils this is what our conversation was like... Me- So how'd you like the pencils? Her- Oh mom they're awrsome! Me- What do you like? Her- They're great. I break my lead and magically have more. My lines don't smear as much and they're not the same boring yellow color. Me-Magic huh? Her- and no more sharpening. I love these mom. I like how easy they're to use. They're so convenient. No worries about the lead needing to be sharpened when I'm in a rush. The erasers each have a lid. They're from a brand that's been around for so long. Really great for school
