[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the best that you can buy. They are made with a very strong plastic that will not break easily. The lead is dark and very durable (they also do not break easily like most mechanical pencils do). These pencils erase easily and perfectly if needed. I love how comfortable they are to use with the soft grip. They also come with refill tubes of lead and erasers. My teenagers love these pencils, and BIC is the only brand they will use now for school. The BIC brand truly is the best!

I told him that I think he will like these pencils better then the cheap store brands we get him. He immediately took one and started write notes for his final. Next thing I know I'm getting yelled that we need to only buy these mechanical pencils because the are comfortable to write with and the lead isn't breaking right away.. Looks like this is a new staple for his collage courses

Bic keeping pencils sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were excited to see that I had new mechanical pencils. They prefer mechanical these days as the wood pencils never seem to sharpen right. I gave each kid a pencil and told them to tell me how they liked them. After the first day of using them, they both told me that they wrote so good and that the lead did not seem to break as easy as other brands. Other brands lead seems to write a much lighter color. They especially like the way the pencil felt in their hand. They said when writing a lot they didn't get cramps in their hand as bad. They were thrilled that it came with replacement erasers. First day of school

They both said that the pencils were wonderful and would give them a 10/10. They said the pencils seemed stronger than other mechanical pencils, my daughter said, I used it the whole day and the lead didn't break once! Other pencil leads always break". The only negative comment they had was that the erasers were not as great. They said the erasers smudged/smeared when using them. However

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know if I would like these Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils! I am not a big fan of this type of pencil. It maybe because I push too hard when writing and always seem to snap the lead. This pencil is amazing! It feels like you are holding a good quality pen and the lead writes smoothly and I don't have that snap the lead problem! This product has changed my feelings about mechanical pencils and they will be my go to pencils for the kids at school!
