[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are absolutely wonderful and work great! They work better then the standard BIC pencils that come in the bulk pack, and hold a little bit more weight. Not to mention, they look a lot cuter with the colorful barrels. What's amazing about this product it that it comes with a backup of mini erasers (which is awesome, and works great quality) and led, which is super convenient (especially in terms of the eraser) in case you run out. The product comes with a total of 5 BIC Velocity mechanical pencils, with a variety of colors. Something noteworthy is they come in 0.7 led which is 2B. This is extremely convenient as nowadays, many tests in school utilizes scantrons forms for test-taking. However, the scantron form only allowes pencils with 2B led. As a result, these pencils are not only super cute, but are also extremely practical.

They prefer mechanical pencils over regular #2 pencils but often deal with the lead from mechanical pencils breaking easily. They the strength of the lead. They love how smoothly the pencils write. And most of all, they love how cleanly the lead erases from the paper. We will purchasing more of these for the school year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC velocity mechanical pencils are the best mechanical pencils! They are lightweight, sturdy and durable & feel like a pen in your hand. The lead writes smoothly like a ballpoint too and the lead doesn't break every 2 seconds or tear the paper like some generic mechanical pencils. Plus they're easily refillable (making them even better!)My oldest daughter prefers mechanical pencils and these are the only ones she'll use now!
