Awesome pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These mechanical pencils are great! I love the bright colors,you can never lose them. As soon as my daughter saw them she instantly asked if she could have a pack for school. She has been using them and likes how they write.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i cannot stand using the traditional pencil. i am a pen user and i love it but these mechanical pencils were quite nice to work with. these pencils are very easy to grip and quite comfortable to write with. it is very similar to using a pen except you are actually using a pencil. the durability of these pencils were great and the design of the pencil is nice as well. i also liked that the pack came with erasers as well as the leads. we all need those items. i am very impressed with this pencil and in the future, i might think about actually buying these pencils instead of a pen. i am not there yet but this pencil will definitely change my mind about it. great job on the pencils!!

Pretty good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils are very good pencils. They seem to hold up pretty well. They are easy to use and easy to handle. The kids really enjoy using them. Its exciting to use a mechanical pencil instead of just a regular #2 wooden pencil. Its great to not have to sharpen every time the lead breaks like you would a normal pencil. Saves time and gives the kids more time to complete their school work. Defiantly a plus anytime time can be saved and devoted to school work without any extra distractions. These pencils write smoothly and are very good quality.

Love the bic mechanical pencil with it awesome grip

My 3 kids were excited when they saw the BIC Velocity pencils that i received as part of a promotion from BIC for giving a honest review. They come in bright fun colors! So I and the help of my 3 boys have been testing these pencils out! I have been using BIC for years and have used a lot of mechanical pencils in my day but these I have to say are my favorite! It's true, they write smoother and the lead is darker the lead also doesn't break as easy. But the fact they have a lot of lead and comes with an extra eraser for all 5 pencils in the package is awesome you don't find that I other packages it's nice especially when you have kids who can be pretty hard on them! But my favorite thing about these is the built in grip it makes writing so much more comfortable! They are so easy to hold onto! I and my kids have enjoyed using these. The kids have demand I get more and I'm ok with that cause I loved them as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my BIC Velocity mechanical pencils in the mail, 8 kids were instantly in love. The colors were so bright as well as the fun shape of the pencils. The pencils have a rubber grip for comfort and support. When we actually started writing the letters were darker and it did not break every time you pressed it to the paper. When erasing it wiped clean instead of smudging and smearing. BIC velocity is well worth it. My kids and I are excited about our mechanical pencils.

Smooth writing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC's Velocity Mechanical Pencils are a win in our household. The colors are super fun - just bright and cheerful, and according to my daughter, fun to use. They're very sturdy as well and feel solid in your hand. They're very smooth to write with, no smudging, and the leads don't break like a lot of other mechanical pencils. My daughter is usually a regular pencil girl, but she grabbed a couple of these for a few of her classes that she's allowed to use mechanical pencils in (other teachers say they can't stand the constant clicking, haha). Her science teacher was so impressed with her bright Velocity pencils that I sent along some from the extra pack for the classroom. My daughter just thinks they're fun to use, and because they write smoothly, erasing mistakes is much easier. The eraser is good quality and doesn't leave those unsightly smudges that cheap erasers leave on paper. Since those drive my kiddo crazy, she's very happy to use them! They're great for adults, too! My husband is a mechanical pencil fiend and uses them all day for work. He usually buys regular Bic mechanical pencils and has always liked them, but he likes the heftier, sturdier feel of the Velocity pencils. He managed to convince our daughter to share a couple with him and he's been obsessed with using them ever since. The only downside is that we can't seem to find any of the regular Velocity pencils in store (only the side-click, which my family doesn't like as much). These are great pencils for kids and adults: lots of fun to look it, but really good at what they're meant for - writing smoothly!

Mountains of MCAT notes and NO blisters!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How is this even possible?! These pencils were so comfortable that I actually didn't get blisters from all my note taking. I used to think all mechanical pencils were the same...CLEARLY not anymore! Not only are they cute and comfy, but they erased so nicely when I messed up (hate when you can see traces) AND the lead didn't break even though I write pretty hard. I am so pleased with these pencils! BIC truly raised the bar. So happy! :)
