Not just for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that adults can have as much fun with these pencils as kids. I took a couple of the pencils to work because I use pencils almost every day. I found that the lead broke less often than with other mechanical pencils and if I needed to erase, there was no evidence that I had made a mistake! I had a co-worker ask me where I got my fun colored pencil and I told her it came from BzzAgent and then I gave her one...she was thrilled! These are definitely a high quality mechanical pencil and I would buy them not only for my kids but for myself as well, because they made work just a little more bright and fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My BIC Velocity mechanical pencils finally arrived, and I could not with to test them out at work. I must say they write nice and smoothly! I tend to apply† a lot of pressure to my pencils when writing, and surprisingly I did not have issues with the lead snapping/breaking.† My co-worker needed a pencil, so I let him borrow one of my BIC Velocity† mechanical pencils.† I told him that I received the pencils in my BzzAgent kit, and that I wanted his feedback on the pencils. He was impressed with how the lead did not leave light marks on his papers--it was nice and dark. He also said that the pencils have a soft and very comfortable grip. I also gave a few of the pencils to my daughter, so that she could finish her drawing. She was in love with the variety of colors that the pencils came in. Velocity pencils are convenient to use, and I like that I† don't have to keep getting up to sharpen them!

Great Mechanical Pencils for Kids & Adults

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would count as one of those pencil fanatics. I have been using the same mechanical pencils for more than 15 years. I haven't switched because I couldn't find another mechanical pencil that felt comfortable and wrote the same. I have finally found the replacement. The BiC Velocity Mechanical Pencils feel good and write smoothly. The colors add a lot more flair than my old black mechanical pencil. My 11 year old daughter tried the BiC Velocity Mechanical Pencils and immediately wanted to add them to her back to school supply list. She liked how they looked, felt and wrote. But what was most important to her was that they are strong and she won't have to worry about breaking lead while she's working at school. The pencil will always be sharp! When we shopped for additional BiC Velocity Mechanical Pencils, I was surprised to find that they were also priced similarly to other mechanical pencils. We were going to buy them anyway, but the fact that they aren't quite a bit more expensive than others should really seal the deal! Great product BiC!

We really like all the colors they come in and how well they write without the lead breaking. We only hope they last a long time since some other mechanical pencils don't seem to last long enough.
