[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils leads are sturdy than the other ones, it want break easily when using because of the metal support. Bic Mechanical Pencils are definitely easier to use it erases mistakes at ease The barrel is strong and have grips. It has a sleek colorful barrel that not only is it strong but it adds a little style to the pencil so it want look boring like the other ones. Bic Mechanical Pencils are durable because you can continue using these as long as you would like with the refillable lead. I received samples from BzzAgent #GotItFree.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has now started her Junior year in High School and the 1st & most important item she packed for school was her Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils. She has told me they write great when she's taking notes and doing classwork. The thing we both like the most is unlike other mechanical pencils we have used the lead doesn't break easily. The lead is stronger which makes mom happy because I don't have to buy a new package every other week!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I found out I was getting free pencils to try out for buzz I said yeah one less thing I have to buy for school but my kids were more excited than me. Obviously my son LOVES mechanical pencils because he likes to sketch so when we received the pack in the mail I had him try it out. He love how dark the lead was and how he could shade without going over the same spot multiple times. Also even though the lead was dark it still erased easily. I liked it had refills on lead and erasers. You usually only get lead. I would buy this product for my son.

However, I am an adult and wanted something more permanent. For a kid doing classwork, these would be great!!!! Easy to erase and overwrite correct answers. The bright colors are really fun and the pencils work very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really think I would have enjoyed these pencils a little more, if my children would not have made them vanish. Yes I have two boys going to school. They saw my pencils and argued over the colors. Who likes mechanical pencils the best. Who's class don't have sharpeners. I heard it all. I liked the pencil I got to try. the lead could be a little stronger. I write fast and with heavy pressure. The lead broke easy. I could not get use to the little cap on the eraser. I kept forgetting to take it off. I really don't need that. my son says yes on the cap because he says he looses erasers.
