Bic Got It Write!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic sent me a pack of their new Velocity Mechanical Pencils to try out and give an unbiased review of their new product. Now we all know that Bic has always made high quality products, so I was not surprised to try these pencils out and instantly fall in love with them. Most mechanical pencils look alike and boring. The package of Bic Velocity pencils come with 5 different colors and they immediately stand out! It's great if you have a boy and girl and can split the package up with their favorite colors. Personally, I love the pink one and it's my favorite! Another great point is since these pencils stand out, you are less likely to lose them or have someone else pick it up by mistake. It can be very frustrating to parents when they buy new school supplies and shortly after they go missing. This product is great to stay on budget. As for the design, the size is larger than many other mechanical pencils on the market so they fit better in my hand and are the size of most pens. The grip is soft and smooth and rests perfectly in my hand. The clip is also a little bigger so it's definitely more sturdy! I always tend to break the clip on other pencils which leaves a sharp edge and just looks old and broken, so those ones always end up in the trash, even if they are brand new. Since the Velocity pencils won't break, they will outlast every other pencil I own. The package of 5 also comes with lead and eraser refills. This is definitely a bonus, especially for parents with younger kids that tend to do a lot of erasing or those of us adults that like to erase to make things perfect! The pencils come with a clear cap on the eraser which prevents the eraser from falling out and keeps it intact. Now down to the the most important part of this review, which is how it writes. My writing is extremely smooth and just the right size. The lead is not too thick and not too thin. It really is very nice to write with and doesn't smudge. It also erases beautifully! I can't stand eraser makes on paper and this mechanical pencil has the best eraser I have used. Overall, I was really impressed with these pencils. As a parent, I know these pencils will last much longer with my youngest kids. The lead is thick enough not to break and the eraser works well. Plus they won't have other kids borrow it and forget to get it back. I know I will be using a pencil more frequently after trying them out. This is the perfect time of year to pick up a package. You will not be disappointed! This is really a high quality product at an affordable cost. You can't go wrong!!!

They are really easy to write with and feel really nice in your hand while writing. I usually dont by mechanical pencils because they are cheap and break easy but i would buy the bic velocity again in the future.

BIC Pencils, Fun to Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils with 0.7 mm size lead. I tried the pencils out and was impressed with how comfortable they were to hold and write with. The eraser works great and the lead was sturdy and held up well. The package of pencils featured bright and vibrant colors of blue, purple, pink, orange and yellow and included extra lead and erasers. I price checked the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils and they are around $7, which I think is worth it for these since they write smoothly and are well made. These BIC Mechanical Pencils are just 'write' for homework, doodles, notes, and much more...will definitely be on our back to school supply list. #Bzzagent #GotItFree

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has always been a fan of mechanical pencils and so have I but some just don't cut it. Bic Velocity just took writing to a whole new level. The lead on these pencils write great and we love all the colors. My daughter will be using mechanical pencils this year and Bic Velocity will be in her bookbag as long as my son's. Also love the refills already inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been dreading the start of school. I told him the other day that we would need to go shopping for school supplies soon. And now we have received these cool mechanical pencils in the mail. I showed them to my teenager and he really likes them. He told me that not all his classrooms have a pencil sharpener, so mechanical pencils really work best for him. I like that they came with extra lead and erasers. These pencils feel more solid than standard mechanical pencils. One thing my teen did say is, What
