The grip of the Velocity Pencil is very comfortable. I've shared the pencils with my high schooler & she passed out the coupons that were included. Great product that I'll continue to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't think I have ever had a pencil quite like this. It writes so smooth, it fits great in my hand, and the lead doesn't break off mid word. It reminds me of writing with a pen. Comes in packs of awesome colors so they are not boring. The darkness of the lead is very easy to read as well...sometimes mechanical pencils write so light you can't even read it....not these. Love them and will be buying more for my kids as they loose them ... which we all know will happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used other mechanicals and the lead always broke. and with the Bic I did not have that issue. My child used this also and said it was good and it looked like a pen. The ease of writing with this and erasing. I like the idea that is come with extra lead and erasers. You know most of the time erasers are the first to go and then when they are gone the pencil normally is thrown out. I have found a new mechanical that my children like and so do I. This will replace the any mechanical I have used in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teen is remarkably destructive with pencils and prefers mechanical pencils since he doesn't like wasting time sharpening. I don't like to buy the mechanical pencils as they are expensive and the lead tends to be quite fragile. Not so with these. They seem to glide more smoothly and the weight of the pencil itself gives it a much sturdier feel than the one we usually purchase. The erasure marks don't seem as prominent either. There is also less smearing. My teen writes and doodles with both hands, so sometimes the lead smears across the page (when writing or drawing lefty). Overall, I was very impressed and more importantly, the teen was impressed. We packed his backpack full of these last week. Two thumbs up here. One from the teen and one from the happy mom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love office supplies so when I was chosen for this BzzCampaign, I literally jumped for joy! When the pencils arrived, I called my kids and their friends over to choose one to try. These pencils are some of the nicest mechanical pencils I've seen. They have nice colors and come with extra lead and erasers. Most mechanical pencils are disposable because of the erasers. Once they're gone, you either have to buy eraser caps and fuss with them or just throw them away. These are reusable which is very nice. Every time I see my kids, they're either writing with them or drawing with them. They prefer them over their drawing pencils. They're also affordable which makes them the best! These are our new favorite mechanical pencils!
