I love that they are larger than other mechanical pencils and that they come with the added bonus of a soft grip and covered eraser top. The colors make them very fashionable--my kids cannot wait for school to start and show them off. Mechanical pencils are their pencil of choice for my children (middle and high schoolers), I feel confident in purchasing this product for them knowing they will hold up with all that school throws at them!! Check them out, your kids will NEED these super cool" pencils!!"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give Bic Velocity a 5/5!!! They are the best lead pencils that we have ever used!!! The colors are fun, the grip is perfect making it easy to hold and write. My kids were thrilled with the additional lead packs and erasers. The pencils wrote so smoothly and clearly that it was almost like using a pen. Another really neat feature was how clean it erased, like no other lead pencil does. I know that these were a keeper in my house, we love Bic Velocity!! We will definitely be buying more and recommending these lead pencils to friends as we all prepare for back to school shopping!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this product is one of the higher quality than some of the other brand mechanical pencils on market. I like the clean eraser and the thickness of the lead. I also like the feel of the pencil. It has the weight of a pen. I didn't like the colors. Too bright for my high school student. Also gave it 4 stars because after awhile the entire point retracts back in the pencil causing you to have to stop and click it back down a few times.

Best Mechanical Pencils Hands Down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teenage daughter started using these for 7th grade, she absolutely loves them. These pencils are at a reasonable price, they come with pencils, back up erasers, and extra pack of lead. I love you get the extra erasers, because you can't ever find, and buy them. But also these are found everywhere almost. I and my kid though was super happy receiving a FREE pack of these and coupons right before school started. Oh one more thing is these packs last for a pretty long time compared to other brands we have tried.

The lead held up very well it wasn't constantly breaking,so I didn't have to stop and sharpen any pencils,Bic is easy to load the lead and easy to use . The erasers don't last long though,but maybe I write too much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great pencils! My son does not normally use mechanical pencils, but he said he loves these! He particularly noted the smoothness and darkness of the lead, but thinks the eraser could be a little more effective. I loved the packaging and the fact that it came with refill lead and erasers! The colors are fun and overall the pencil looks sleek, but it looks a little too much like a pen. I think I would get confused if I was digging through a purse or backpack for a pen.

I'm really not big on buying any type of pencils but these ones were great! I gave some to my daughters to try and they love how smoothly they write. And the eraser works great as well. Actually erases great. Thanks! Will definitely be buying more! Also great for back to school! And come in great colors for boys and girls!
