[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves these pencils and I love them because we got to use them for free. I gave her 3 of these to try at the beginning of her school year this year. She really likes them and how they write. The size is just right for her. I like how they came with extra lead AND erasers. She says they write better than the ones we had used last year( some off brand). The lead is strong and writes very cleanly with little smearing. Smearing is something we dealt with in the past because my child is a lefty. She'd always have lead from writing on her hand. We really like the product and plan to purchase more in the near future.

My kids didn't put these pencils down, they were excited to do their homework and I loved seeing how easy it was to correct mistakes by easily erasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teens have had a chance to use the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. Out of 6 children 3 are in high school and each got their own pack. The first comment from them was sweet comes with extra erasers and lead. After the first week all three of them are excited still and liking that the lead is not too thick at 0.7mm that you get thick lines but it is thick enough to not break with the slightest pressure. One daughter was even using the pencil on canvas and it could handle the rough texture of that without being destroyed. Thank you BIC for making a mechanical pencil that is worthy of even an artist.

She likes it better than her Razzle Dazzle Pencil she had me buy. I definitely will use this pencil as my go to Pencil. My kids really enjoy using these Mechanical Pencils as well. My daughter Jordan use her's everyday for Homework.

They still need to use pencils because they make mistakes, but this took it to the next level. They felt like bigger" kids using them. They wrote smoothly and didn't seem to smudge much. The boys also thought it was cool that there was extra lead and erasers with the pack so they didn't have to be purchased separately. Best of all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to shy away from mechanical pencils because the lead always breaks or you can't erase completely. Well not anymore. I tried my Sunday puzzle with the new BIC Velocity and I am hooked. I had no problems with the lead and everything I had to erase was gone completely. I also love all the bright colors. My daughters even got in on the Sunday morning fun because they wanted to try out the new cool pencils. If a 7 and 9 year old think something is cool then it must be really cool!
