[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't wait to open the BIC Velocity mechanical pencils. They are awesome! The lead is stronger than most of the mechanical pencils. They write smoothly and easily. The eraser is easy to use! We love the fun colors! My kids thought they were awesome to write and draw with. We will be buying a lot more of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They write very smoothly. I haven't had an issue with having the lead breaking. The eraser doesn't leave pink or black smears when you use it. it erases cleanly. The eraser gets used up quickly but it comes with refills which is great. The pack also comes with an extra container of lead. Can't beat the price when it includes all the extras. #BICVelocity #GotItFree

I like the fact that it is both reliable for kids to use in the classroom and erases cleanly and easily too. The quality of this pencil is excellent as I highly recommend it as part of your must have back to school gear! #BICVelocity #GotItFree #Bzzagent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these pencils. They are comfortable, colorful, and incredibly dependable. The lead doesn't break at the slightest touch, is smooth and consistent, and the erasers last for a good long time while erasing the lead cleanly. My daughter loves them too, and they are about the only pencil that she will use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite time of year is school supply shopping time. I opened the package of pencils immediately upon their arrival so that I could use them right away. & I must say, the BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils are awesome! They write so smoothly. I love the bright colors that they come in (& my kids do too). The built in gripe is a nice addition to an already comfortable pencil to hold. The lead writes dark without having to use too much force, which is great for younger kids who tend to break mechanical pencils often.
