Awesome pencils

The lead doesn't easily break like other mechanical pencils that I have used. I would definitely purchase these and recommend them to others.

Superior mechanical pencil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The timing for this Buzz Campaign could not have been more perfect. It's nearly time to go back to school for both my kids and myself. When I buy school supplies for my kids I want them to be of the best quality so they can get the most use out of them. I will admit, that I have had some not-so-good experiences with mechanical pencils in the past, so I was a bit skeptical going into this. Each package of Bic Velocity comes with 5 pencils as well as a container of replacement lead (BONUS!). The pencil felt great in my hand, thanks to the comfort of the rubber grip. I noticed right away that when I pushed the eraser end to extract the lead, that the metal tip also retracts. Nice! Just the right amount of lead came out. I used the pencil, initially to do a crossword puzzle. This is a great test, since I made many mistakes and had to use the eraser often. The eraser comes with a plastic cap. I guess this nice for presentation's sake, but I was left trying to find a place to stash the cap when not in use. The cap is not necessary in my opinion. That being said, the pencil was very easy to write with, so snags, skips or breaks. The eraser erased my mistakes beautifully and completely...no smears or smudges. I like the thought of using Bic Velocity mechanical pencils at home because my kids are rough on pencils and are constantly breaking the lead. Bic Velocity solves this issue with just a click of the eraser end. Bic Velocity will be our go-to pencil!

Awsomene pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils are awesome! I love how smooth they write and I love how it has the built in soft grip. The pencils write dark without having to put a lot of pressure and the erasers are fantastic! I like how each pencil also comes with a clear plastic cover for the erasers. It's a great mechanical pencil! I'm glad I had a chance to be a part of this campaign. Thanks BIC and BzzAgent!

Nice Smooth Lead and Fun Colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils will be a nice addition to the kids' school bags this year, they have bright colored barrels that appeal to both boys and girls and dark lead that teachers appreciate! I do wish they had been 0.9mm lead instead of the 0.7. It makes them easier for students of all ages to use without risk of breaking.

She loves them!! She constantly draws and writes everywhere we go. She is keeping these in the car and she is taking them to school and replacing her normal" pencils."

They are excited about the colors and the refills that came with them. I was surprised at how easy it was to erase mistakes, so the paper looks neater when they are done writing.

The BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils are meeting all the needs of the class with no running to the pencil sharpener saving time for more learning! Smooth as ink and erases nice and clean when needed!

I LOVED THESE PENCILS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Loved using these pencils!!! They were by far the best mechanical pencils that I have used. I love how smooth they write. The lead also lasts a long time. I was writing a paper and they wrote so smoothly and I only went through a little bit of lead. I loved the fun vibrant colors. It makes going to school and going to class ten times better because of the fun colors. Everyone notices how stylish and incredible they look. I also them because I write so smoothly with them. The lead is great and makes me write so neatly. I also love that It gives you extra lead and erasers because I erase a lot. By proving extra erasers it makes it ten times better for me when i make mistakes and enables me to erase more. I love how smooth the eraser is. When i erase stuff it erases so fast and is great.
