We've tried other brands but always come back to Bic and these Velocity pencils are the best in vivid lead and great erasers that don't crumble or fall off right away. Love the size of the barrel for great writing ease!

She likes the colors, the extra lead, and extra erasers. She said they make her write neat lol. We went to a few stores to get some more to have at the house and was having a hard time finding them. I guess it's because they are new. We will keep on searching.

Once I opened them and wrote for the first time, I appreciated the comfort that the grip provided. It has he feel of an expensive pencil. The lead was smooth, and the color of the lead was great. My daughter begged and begged to try one before school started. I was excited that she was excited about pencils. Nowadays everything is electronic, so it's nice when kids can appreciate writing. I love these pencils way more than I thought I did. It's so hard to find pens and pencils that are unique and make writing fun.
