[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are the best product to take back to school with you this year in fact I have even been using them at work. They are sturdy and the lead does not break every couple minutes while you were writing this is definitely one of my favorite free products that I have received to try out and I will be buying more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I received these, my kids wanted to immediately try them. They were actually excited to do their summer workbooks! One kid commented on the cool colors, another one commented on how smoothly they write. Kid #3 was happy the lead didn't break as fast as other brands. I thought I'd try one out and even I was impressed! BIC, you have another customer - my kids have now out these on their BTS shopping lists.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have absolutely loved these and they can't wait to use these at school. My one daughter has been using them to draw and wants me to buy more. They don't seem to break as easy as other mechanical pencils.

Strong lead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these pencils for free in exchange for my honest review and opinion. All thoughts are my own. My son is usually pretty rough on mechical pencils. Typically, he will break the lead out of them and they are not worth the cost. The Bic Velocity pencils are different because the lead inside of them is super strong. It's tough enough that even when he is using the pencils to draw, the lead does not break easily. These are a much higher quality pencils than some other mechanical pencils that are out there. The lead produces a nice, smooth marking and is very easy to see. No more light writing that I need to decipher when he writes something down. The pens are very colorful and neat looking and look like something that I would also like to keep on my desk! I love the colors and I love the fact that my son is writing and drawing each night before bed now thanks to these pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I love our #BICVelocity Mechanical pencilsrom BzzAgent and BIC!!! My 10 year old is getting to the age of not liking a regular #2 pencil. She prefers a mechanical, so these couldn't have come at a better time. She's super stoked about getting to take a couple to school this year! She's constantly sitting down and writing stories or drawing pictures! She loves the colors and the fact that when she makes a mistake, she can easily erase it. These are, by far, the easiest and most effectively erasable (if that makes sense) mechanical pencils we have ever used. I love the fact that the lead is stronger and, therefore, we go through less of it because it's breaking a lot less frequently! The only somewhat negative comment I could possibly come up with is that I would have loved to have seen more replacement lead (since there are 5 pencils in the pack). That's not a deal breaker, though, since these pencils are great! I struggle with my fingers hurting where I grip the pencil and I've used this one for an hour straight and it doesn't happen thanks to the gripper on the end! I would definitely recommend these pencils to everyone, students, teachers, office personnel, etc., and have! I have shared a couple that I received in my freebies and look forward to sharing the coupons I received, after I use a couple to boost my own stock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are by far my new favorite pencils . I haven't drawn in years and I went to town drawing with my kids! It was so much fun to be creative again and these pencils helped alot. With the amazing lead on it you can actually shade, make thick or thin lines and bonus you can always refill the pencil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first went to try out one of the mechanical pencils I thought it would be like all the other mechanical pencils I've used but the pencil was very smooth. The pencil grip was very soft and I love that the eraser has a cap on it. It's also a big bonus that the package comes with refills on the lead and even the erasers because I haven't seen mechanical pencils that have refills for the erasers. #Got it Free #BICVelocity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My twin sons love the pencils!!! They said they do not break like the other ones do. Their only complaint was that there was a pink pencil in the pack. I could handle that. They still did not share them with me! I did agree to take the pink one, but that one they said would just be for homework.
