What a good pencil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the best pencil that BIC has made to date! My daughter expressed it in their picture. Smooth writing like it advertises. The lead is thick and strong. It has a squeaky clean eraser and bright and eye-catching colors. Great grip as well. I highly recommend these pencils.

Bic Velocity mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a teacher, I was really excited to try these pencils. I feel like I use a lot of pencils at work, and I was looking forward to trying a higher-quality mechanical pencil. I typically prefer traditional wood pencils, but these pencils are great! I've been using mine for about a mouth, and the lead still hasn't run out. The lead also never snaps, which is the main reason I dislike cheaper mechanical pencils. They write really smooth and look dark, much better than other mechanical pencils I've used in the past. The eraser is also of good quality, it doesn't leave smudges on the paper. They're too nice to hand out to students, but I will definitely use them and keep them for myself! Kids who are responsible with their supplies will also really like these. I think the value is very good for the quality, especially since there is extra lead in the package. Definitely a nice option for back to school.

Quality pencils that are great for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These BIC Velocity mechanical pencils are high quality, and the grip is fantastic. You can really feel the care that went into designing them. The lead in them is sturdy and stands up to kids' forceful pressing much better than bargain brands do. My stepson likes to press really hard and BIC Velocity pencils lead actually held its own against that. The colors are great and help kids get excited to use them. The bright colors really stand out against the floor too if the pencils get dropped. The erasers work well and erase cleanly. It is so cool that the package comes with lead and eraser refills included. I honestly couldn't believe that BIC had done that. Amazing! I received these pencils free to try and am so glad I did.

Durable, high quality mechanical pencils with a comfortable,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are great! My children and I love the beautiful, bright colors they come in. I like that these mechanical pencils are always sharp and ready to write with, no more looking for a sharp pencil, or the need to constantly re-sharpen a pencil while writing important notes or doing homework! The BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils have a strong lead that doesn't break easily, and which writes very smooth and dark. The handwriting of my children looked so much more neat, and even little mistakes disappeared easily, without smudging or leaving big marks behind, thanks to the durable, white erasers on them. Another great and unique feature in my opinion is that the erasers have caps on them, which prevents you from accidentally releasing more lead when being tossed into a pencil case or backpack! The package also includes extra lead, plus extra erasers, that make it a great value! My kids' favorite feature about these pencils, besides the vibrant colors, are the soft, cushion-like pencil grips, which make it so much more comfortable to write with them, unlike other brands that used to give my oldest daughter constantly blisters from writing so much at school and at home. I like the durable quality of the pencils, you can tell they are made to last! I have already bought more, and highly recommend them! Still his favorite back to school item!

The colors are so eye catching. His teachers are thrilled because they erase so cleanly. He loves how he can write with them for a long time and it's still comfortable in his hand. Great product!

Love Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Bic Velocity Mechanical pencils. They are by far the best mechanical pencils we have used. I was thrilled to receive 2 packs in my BzzAgent package only to find out this would not be enough for my 3 kids. They argued over who would get which color and the extra packs of lead and erasers, prompting me to go purchase another pack so it would be even! Although my 8 year doesn't typically bring mechanical pencils to school, he insisted he was bringing them this year. They write so smoothly and the eraser works great. It doesn't leave any gray smudge marks when erasing. The lead is strong, even for an 8 year old, and is easy to advance and refill. The pencils have a comfortable grip and are very easy to write with. They are reasonably priced and come in fun, bright colors. The past couple years we have purchased cheaper mechanical pencils and there is just no comparison in quality. I love the extra refill tubes with erasers and lead. The cheaper brand we used didn't have these so when the lead or eraser was gone, we threw them out and bought more. Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils are definitely our new mechanical pencils for school! They are the only pencils my high schoolers will use now!
