Awesome mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are great! I have already purchased more for school and handed out a couple coupons. I'm extremely impressed with the strength of the lead. The lead doesn't just break off while writing. And it doesn't just go back up into the pencil. I especially like the fact that with these pencils you can use the lead until the very last. It doesn't just quit working at half the lead like most mechanical pencils. Very very nice!!

They are a hit with my kids, and are so nice that I won't allow them to steal my favorite colored one! I hide it just so I will always have one for myself! They are sturdy and well-made. These pencils are tough, and I think they will outlast my kids' and their rough play. These are great in my opinion...easy to use, easy to erase, and well made all around!

Great Mechanical Pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is usually rough on mechanical pencils. We live in a state that uses standardized testing so I was a little skeptical. Then he used them. They are great! My son writes heavy so he normally breaks lead easy.....not this time. This mechanical pencil writes smooth and dark. Erases great. This product would be great for any age student. It would also be great in an office setting due to the fact it erases so well. We will definitely buy the refills for these. Awesome product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neither my son or I have ever tried mechanical pencils (always used the standard #2 regular pencils) When you reach for the cheap story brand pencil, you can expect for it to break or have really breakable lead. After trying out BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils, I will never buy anything else. These pencils are amazing. They are comfortable to hold and the lead is durable. They look and feel like an expensive pen. An added bonus is the extra lead and erasers. The eraser caps are also a plus! From now on I will never reach for another mechanical pencil. Thanks BIC!!

Great pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We think Bic Velocity pencils are the way to go for back to school. My daughter and her best friend loved trying the pencils. They thought the colors were fun. They also liked that they wrote smoothly, and said that the lead didn't break off so easily like some other brands. The eraser cleaned smoothly and didn't leave a smudgey mess. My daughter really put the pencils to the test and wrote, doodled and scribbled her way through dozens of pages in her notebook before the lead ran out, so they really seem long lasting! Bic Velocity pencils are on our back to school shopping list.
