[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the BIC Velocity mechanical pencils that I received from Bzz Agent, anything outside a regular #2 pencil is a step up. I gave a few to my middle schooler and one to my kindergartener. I also kept one for myself for work. My daughter who is kindergarten loves the colors, I love the fact that they are so easy to write with and they do not easily break.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think getting to test BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils has been so fun, I am doodling in note books and papers, I actually am a better doodler then I thought I was! In the past I stayed away from lead pencils since the lead broke so quickly, but this lead is very strong, and I love how well the eraser cleans up my mistakes and makes it look like nothing has ever been on the paper. My children have already claimed most of the BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils and are so excited to use them in the upcoming school year. They love how neatly they car write with these, and have promised me all their school work will be none perfectly with these new pencils. They think the colorful barrels make the pencils look cool, and different from all the other students so they will know which pencils belong to them. Overall, BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils are great looking, make school work fun, and anything that gets my kids excited about writing gets an A+ from me!

My daughter's constantly writing while in school for 7 hrs and the amount of drawing that I do, after a while you get that lovely dent" in the side of your finger.....The cushion grip on these make a world of difference; at the end of the day your fingers don't hurt. The 4 stars rather than 5 is minor; they erase easily as the description says

They write extra smooth and doesn't seem to be difficult in putting more lead in the pencils and changing out the erasers. We love that they come with the extra lead erasers because my kids go through erasers like crazy throughout the school year. The coupons will come in handy!!! Save money!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe how much my kids love these #BicVelocity mechanical pencils that I #GotItFree to try. They use them every single day for homework, schoolwork and journals. They fight over the pencils every day! I love the extra erasers & lead that come with them. Also like the eraser has a cap on it. I never seen that before nor have I seen replaceable erasers which are great for homework assignments. They are easy to use & both kids have easy time replacing leads. My son likes to write in his journal every day with these. I cannot have too many of them. The replacement erasers and lead are in a plastic container together so you have everything you need right there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hide your BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils, because if you don't everyone you know will steal them from you. YES they are that good! I should know because I've already had to buy another pack. Since telling my husband, 2 sons and my oldest son's girlfriend about BIC Velocity and letting them see for themselves how smooth they are to write with all my pencils seem to have disappeared. It seems the temptation to write with an easy grip, smooth writing pencil with an eraser that does it's job and doesn't leave yucky white flakes all over your page is too hard to resist.

They really liked them and liked them better than previous versions of Bic mechanical pencils I have bought. I used to buy lead like crazy, I don't know if it was just my kids being hard on the pencils, or if the lead is a better/thicker material, but we are really happy with these pencils. The erasers do a good job of erasing, but do seem to wear down pretty quickly. They also said they like the grip, and said it seemed to fit their fingers. I would definitely buy these again!!
