I'm In Pencil Heaven Thanks to BIC Velocity Mechanical Penci

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do bookkeeping for a small company, and prefer to use Mechanical Pencils for work I do in the ledgers. However, the leads normally break, and gripping the thin barrel makes my hand hurt quick. Now, enter BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. On first look, I like the colors and that the pencils come with lead and eraser refills! Upon using, I love that the lead writes smooth and consistent, and is dark enough without having to press hard. The eraser works beautifully, making taking care of errors a breeze. My favorite thing about the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the soft grip. It makes the pencil a little bigger and keeps my hand from cramping up with extended writing. Definitely my favorite mechanical pencil yet. I know what my desk is going to be filled with. Thanks BIC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these they have made writing more fun for me. The eraser works really nicely. My kids also love them to doodle with which is easier instead of sharpening a pencil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is super excited to start school this year just to use her new pencils. She had a sleep over and gave her friends a coupon each so they can go out and buy them too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave one pack of BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils to my 13 yo son so that he could test them out before I went shopping for his school supplies to be sure he liked them first. He tried them for about one week and LOVED them. His own words were Woah mom

The Best in Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought a mechanical pencil is a mechanical pencil. But I am wrong. I compared a generic mechanical pencil to Bic Velocity and really it's night and day. Bic Velocity is thicker, more substancial, has a comfort grip that is lacking in the simple generic. It writes very well and erases easily, has a good feel in my hand. My 8th grade daughter was very impressed as well. She liked all the different colors and how it felt in her hand and how smooth it wrote. I think these are a bargain as well. I calculated they approximately $1 or less each and that is without a coupon or back to school sale. So I highly recommend you get your kids the best and buy these over generics. Give them the best tools to work with. It's so worth it.

Great First Day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils have been made much better than other mechanical pencils. The lead is made stronger, and doesn't break every few minutes when writing, which is such a pain. My kids all took their new Bic pencils with them the first day back to school, and were excited to pack them in their bags. They bragged about how everytime the messed up and had to erase, that it wasnt hard to erase and get it all erased with out still seeing it. A few kids asked where they got those cool pencils, they were happy to let them know! These pencils are great for home and school and will continue to be used!
