Great for our schooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With school starting, these pencils have made my life so much easier. My kids don't need to get up and sharpen" their pencils several times a day. The cool colors mean that each child gets to choose their own favorite color and they don't take anyone's pencil. They erase much better than the cheaper pencils and don't tear the papers."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to use a pencil to easily be able to fix mistakes, but I love how neat a pen writes and I like a fancy pen with comfort grips. The BIC mechanical pencils are a perfect combination of all three of my preferences!! It looks nice and neat when I write, it is comfortable to hold and use for long periods of time and I can easily fix my mistakes.

I really like them because they are smooth and very easy to write with. The other mechanical pencils I've used, the lead breaks really easy. (I'm a hard writer apparently), but since I've been using the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils I have not broken a single one!!

I'm not just saying this, these pencils are so detailed and colorful writing is a breeze! Anyone who likes to write should use these because they are so smooth in writing and the eraser cleans like magic! I love these pencils so much. First of all, the vibrant colors are a wonderful addition, and many children would love to write with these beautiful, stylish pencils. I was impressed with the refillable leads and erasers. The pencils contain a strong, dark lead--unlike many other brands of mechanical pencils. Many mechanical pencil brands CLAIM to contain a #2 lead; however, the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are indeed true #2 lead pencils! I also love the soft, rubber grips that are very comfortable. The erasers are also perfect and ideal for students during tests. Overall, I would highly recommend these pencils to children and adults alike because they are outstanding. They have many advantages over other mechanical pencil brands. Some of the advantages include their stylish, vibrant colors, their soft, rubber grips, and their strong,dark leads. They are perfect for test-taking, note-taking, and doing crossword puzzles, and other activities.

Packaging is very attractive. It shows that there is an extra lead and eraser and that makes it look good and it also makes it look like your pack of pencils are going to last a long time:) Packaging is important because it gives a great first impression. My 10 year old son loves them and can't wait to use them for his home work because he prefers mechanical pencils. Never need to sharpen, always ready.
