Writes Like A Charm!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the new BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils has been wonderful. We are 4 days into the new school year, and I love them! My students like them too. There has been no lead breakage and there is plenty of eraser that is sturdy too. Often mechanical pencil leads break easily as do the erasers-but these new BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils are stronger and more capable of taking the daily classroom wear and tear that the students and teachers put on them. I find that writing with the BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils is smoother than other mechanical pencils, and this includes other BIC pencils-which used to be my go to mechanical pencil for the class. And the soft grip has a nice touch. The eraser has a little clear cap on top-the first few times I tried to erase without removing it, but it has now become a habit to take it off. I really like that the eraser doesn't smear, erases cleanly and doesn't crumble. It is also durable enough to really rub on the paper. I have not had a problem with part of it popping off or breaking. I bought these for both of my daughters to use this year at school too.

Great, easy-to-use pencils with NO sharpener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Bic Velocity pencils as do my children. My 8-year-old daughter has never been able to use a mechanical pencil because she pushes too hard and breaks the lead all the time, trying to write darker. The Bic Velocity pencils allow her to not have to push so hard and yet write drak and very smoothly. She loves the bright colors and feels so grown up using a mechanical pencil, and I'm not constantly having to sharpen pencils for her. As a teacher, I have recommended these pencils to all my students as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not writing this review based on a child's usage, I'm writing it on my own. As an adult going back to school to further my education, a good writing utensil is just as important to me as a school aged child. I love how easy and smooth the BIC Velocity Mechanical pencil is. No more grey smudges on my pinky finger. No more smearing on the paper. I loved how dark the lead wrote and how colourful all the pencils are. My only complaint is I felt the eraser cap to be inconvenient. I often lost it on my desk or found it on the floor. Could be a choking hazard if not found!

BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are a new favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is a freshman in high school and uses mechanical pencils pretty exclusively. The kind I used to buy her broke easily and the eraser made a big mess every time she used it. I had her try BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils and she was very impressed. She said they write very smoothly and the eraser doesn't leave big smudges all over her paper. We'll be using BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils from now on.

Kids love writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #GotitFree #BicVelocity The kids loved the bright colors and the awesome grip for their fingers. The grip is thicker than average, making them easier to hold. They write really smooth and no need to sharpen over and over. They are enjoying using these at school for note taking and tests. The erasers are durable and erase well without smearing.
