Mechanical Pencil Fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have always preferred mechanical pencils for school. In the past I would choose the Bic 24 pack and make them last all year. I have one child that insists on the more expensive mechanical pencils. She loved the Bic Velocity pencils. The lead didn't break easily and the eraser is great. I don't really think there needs to be a plastic cap on the eraser. It will be easily lost which is really no big deal. We loved the colors and the pencil grip. This is one pencil that I wouldn't mind paying more for.

Best mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are very cool looking and the kids are very excited to have just on that alone but these pencils are very durable when compared to the other pencils these don't break as much and my kids felt they could get a good grip on it and it was fun to write with and the eraser , erases cleanly they can't wait for school to start to use these in school too

BIC velocity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the pencils were awesome. My 10 y/o daughter stole a couple to use for her math homework. The only thing I didn't really understand was the plastic cover on the eraser, that was a little weird. The pencils write very nice. The eraser in general was a little off....it felt weird to erase something.

The kids took them to school, and especially love how they are very durable, and the lead is not easy to break. They also love that they don't have to get up in the middle of class to sharpen their boring pencils. I love them so much I even took them to work! Now nobody can steal my pencil and say they didn't do it!

Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bic Velocity pencils are great! My family loves them. We enjoy how smooth it is to write with and it helps us write for days (literally!). The lead is very strong and has not broken on us like usual mechanical pencils. We find this to be very reassuring. Also the colorful colors of our Bic Velocity Pencils make it easy to identify them. Each family member now has their own opportunity to pic which color represents them and stick with it. Erasing is easy with Bic Velocity. All we have to do is pop off the top cover to the eraser and erase whatever we are doing. However, there is one drawback to the eraser part. I ended up losing the lid to my eraser and have not found it since. This can be a danger when around infants and toddlers who love to pick up items and put them in their mouth. Other than that this mechanical pencil is the best we have had thus far. It has increased my passion for drawing and sketching and makes those activities a lot easier to do.

BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are approved by my mechanica

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I personally could not tell the difference when writing with the BIC Velocity versus my standard mechanical pencil, I decided to enlist my husband's opinion. He is not picky when it comes to writing utensils and will grab anything handy. I offered him a BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencil to see what he thought as he is usually quite analytical. At first he said there was no difference between that and what he normally grabs, but then he said it felt like it glided along the page better. I was impressed he noticed this on his own without being prompted. So, the mechanical engineer approves of the new BOC Velocity Mechanical Pencils!

Awesome Color Pack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use 0.5 mechanic pencils, but it was a nice experience to try the BIC 0.7 pencil. The pencils write very smoothly and the lead doesnt snap easily. It has a nice grip; the eraser is good too. I thought it was a brilliant idea to provide free erasers too!
